As the holiday season approaches, please note that order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased demand and carrier delays. 

Please also be advised that our warehouse will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

These lead times may alter depending on factory work-loads, staff illness, material availability, etc. 

It is the customer's responsibility to check every item before picking up or on delivery for any issues. You have a 15-day exchange policy for any damaged items during delivery. 

 

*** IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP OR TAKE DELIVERY WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOU BEEN NOTIFIED, THERE WILL BE STORAGE CHARGES.***
