Finally arranged a delivery date and was connected with the driver Jag, who went above and beyond with me changing and cancelling last minute, (Jag had to load and unload my kitchen and bathroom vanity at least twice), Jag and a very pleasant young girl as his helper, arrived to the house before I did, told him where I kept a key and my order was brought in brought in and placed in an extra room before I even showed up!! "I just cannot say enough good things about this business. Firstly, to be able to order cabinets of literally ANY SIZE has made our renovations easy and inexpensive. The prices just cannot be beat-why would you buy anything at Home Depot??? The quality of the product is great! I have placed 6 or 7 orders and no complaints. Always as ordered and excellent quality. They have yet to make a mistake on an order. When I arrive for pickup they are patient and careful with my loading instructions. We were looking for cabinets for our kitchen renovation and looked at Ikea and so many places. We had a problem with measurements at all those other places. We then found this company on facebook. We genuinely didnt know much until we went to their showroom. We had all our measurements and added everything to our cart before we went in.
We were greeted with Jasmeen and she was absolutely incredible! She was so patient with us and walked us through every cabinet, every filler, everything. In just an hour we picked everything for our entire kitchen and paid for it. What we absolutely loved was their flexibility. Some measurements we needed they made for us custom and they made sure that its perfect. They also worked with us picking the color of the paint from benjamin moore.
We were looking to have the entire kitchen done and so we couldnt possibly sit and assemble every single cabinet. We were beyond impressed that they delivered every single cabinet wrapped and assembled already! They delivered within a few weeks of purchase and not a single item was missing.
We installed the kitchen and oh my world!!! The cabinets are absolutely incredible!! Soft closing hinges, the drawers handle so much weight, they are thick and sturdier than any other company. We are forever customers of RTI and our family will be customers for any cabinets we ever need. Great cabinets at a great price. This company went above and beyond on my order. Everything from the easy ordering online to the great delivery. The delivery guys really went above what was necessary. And the company was easy to get ahold of during the process. I wouldn't have believed that I could get custom cabinets built to fit my needs for as little as I did. And the quality is great too. Soft close hinges and slides on all cabinets are excellent. I recently ordered a new kitchen for a renovation in my house. I have been very pleased with the entire process!

The pricing has been very reasonable and the timelines were almost exactly as promised at the time of placing our order! We are also very pleased with the quality of the cabinetry and the fact that they come fully assembled and wrapped in plastic to keep them protected while they are transported.

We recently purchased cabinets from RTI Cabinets. We priced your competition and decided our renovations could not justify their cost. My wife found your website, and I priced the same cabinet format using your build and pricing section. I was so shocked at the difference in pricing that the next day we drove to your location to make sure RTI Cabinets existed!! We ordered the cabinets later that day.

To say this process, from beginning to end, was "awesome" would be an understatement. The cabinets were made on time and correctly. I picked up our cabinets and they look amazing! Also definitely worth noting that there were guys who helped us load them out back.... incredible! They were very professional and took their time to make sure that the cabinets were loaded carefully and securely in my trailer. They actually even repositioned some that I had placed incorrectly to ensure a safe trip home. Huge kudos to these guys!! Please pass along my appreciation for them.

Today, I had my house builder friend help me install them. He was pleasantly surprised at the workmanship and quality, since they did not come from a large box store.
