If you choose to pick up your cabinets, you are required to bring appropriate straps and protective blankets to ensure the cabinets are properly secured during transport. Once the cabinets are picked up, all responsibility for damage during transit transfers to the customer. You will have the opportunity to inspect all cabinets prior to loading them onto your vehicle.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. For example, if a cabinet does not fit your space, or you change your mind about the color or finish.

Please note that we do not offer refunds after 24- hours of placing an order. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this 24-hour window, we are unable to cancel the order or remove any items, as production and processing will already be underway.

The cabinet backs and bases are manufactured with a 5/8″ thickness for melamine box construction and a 3/4″ thickness for plywood box construction. This structural specification is designed to support direct fastening into wall studs, ensuring secure and stable installation.

The sides of our cabinets are unfinished and exposed to screws. If your side is exposed, you will need to purchase a side panel. Melamine side panels are 5/8 inch thick, and MDF panels are 3/4 inch thick.

Our painted kitchens feature finishes achieved through a specialized painting process using a custom paint blend, enriched with a catalyst and paint thinner specially formulated for doors. While we reference Benjamin Moore color codes for convenience and visualization, we do not use Benjamin Moore paints. Our unique blend ensures exceptional durability and a flawless finish.

If yes, this is completely normal. Minor marks can occur during the manufacturing and installation of cabinets. Professional installers always plan for a final touch-up so your cabinets look perfect when the job is complete.

Why Finishes May Not Match Perfectly?
MDF doors are painted or wrapped differently than melamine/particleboard panels, so the surface texture and light reflection can vary.
Thermofoil doors have a smoother, wrapped finish that may look different when placed next to melamine components.
Melamine panels, fillers, and toe kicks are printed finishes on a composite substrate, which will never be an exact visual match to painted or wrapped MDF.
Even when the color name is the same, the material absorbs the finish differently, which may result in a slightly different shade or sheen.
