Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for five years from the original date of purchase and extends to the original consumer purchaser. It covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Product Scope: This warranty applies to all our cabinet products, including those with painted and thermofoil doors.
Solution: Should any product covered by this warranty fail due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, RTI Cabinets will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective parts.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage Due to Misuse or Accident: This includes damages caused by misuse, abuse, burning, soiling, staining, misshaping, or any other form of damage resulting from negligence, accident, or voluntary action.
- Improper Maintenance and Installation: Any issues arising from poor maintenance or improper installation are not covered.
- Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Products that have been handled, modified, repaired, or otherwise altered in any way by any person other than RTI Cabinets or one of its authorized representatives are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Excessive Temperature Exposure: Damage due to exposure to temperatures exceeding 85 degrees Celsius (185°F) or installation near a heating system or appliance without adequate insulation is not covered.
- Inappropriate Usage and Storage: This warranty does not cover improper storage, use for outdoor installations, or any conditions for which the product was not intended.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration of the product resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
- Associated Costs: Installation, removal, transportation, shipping, freight, or any other costs related to the application of this warranty are not covered.
- Consequential and Incidental Damages: Loss of use of the products during the time required to apply this warranty or any other damages and inconveniences, both indirect and incidental, resulting from the use of the products, are not covered.
- Labor Fees: Labor fees are not covered under this warranty.
Claim Process: To initiate a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must contact our customer service team at customerservice@rticabinets.ca , providing proof of purchase and documentation of the defect.
Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. It excludes all other express or implied warranties and does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

RTI Cabinets incorporates premium hardware and accessories from trusted brands such as Blum, Häfele, Salice, Marathon, and others.
All hardware, lighting, and accessory components are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty policies, which may vary by brand and product.
Warranty Responsibility
- Any defects, malfunctions, or failures related to third-party hardware or accessories must be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer.
- RTI Cabinets makes no independent warranty on third-party hardware or accessories beyond the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.
