Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy for any damaged items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. After 15 days we will no longer do an exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rticabinets.ca If your return is accepted, we will instruct you, on how and where to send your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Replacement orders will be given top priority and every effort will be made to provide replacement orders ASAP.

It is customers responsibility to check every item before picking up or on delivery for any issues. After pickup or delivery (RTI Cabinets) is no longer responsible for damaged items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You are able return the product(s) with the delivery person if there are any issues.

If you do not inspect the product(s) upon delivery for any issues, it is customers responsibility to ship or bring the product(s) back to the shop after the delivery person has left. 

If you receive the order by delivery and there is any issue or problem with the product, the customer is responsible for bringing back the product(s) to the shop within 15 Days and the customer is responsible for picking up, after the issue has been resolved.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. For example, if a vanity does not fit your space, or you change your mind about the colour or finish, we are unable to accept returns.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If customer wants to cancel the order, the customer has 24 hours after the order has been placed. After the 24 hours has been passed, we are unable to cancel the order or remove an item from the order. 

After the order is ready the customer has up to 60 days to pick up. After the 60 days, we will add the product(s) back into inventory. No refund will be issued.
